The Atomic Outfit is the highest-stat accessory in Sailor Piece, obtained by defeating the Atomic boss on Lawless Island. At base (E0), it provides +105% Defense, +82% Damage, and +15% Damage Reduction. When fully enchanted to E10, its stats scale to +155% Defense, +122% Damage, and +35% Damage Reduction.
